Private Lessons
For experienced players looking to take their skills to the next level, or beginners who are interested in learning a new sport. Private Lessons are for boys and girls ages U8-U18. Coach will design each session with your position, experience and skill set in mind. Sessions will consist of speed and agility, stick skills, game concepts and 1v1's.

Challenges
HIIT the Wall is a hybrid and online challenge program for lacrosse players. Part 1 of the program is a HIIT routine for footwork, strength, and endurance. HIIT is an acronym for “high intensity interval training.” It is a method of cardiovascular exercise that alternates between periods of high intensity and low intensity. I believe that this is a great training method for lacrosse players. Lacrosse his a high intensity sport and requires a work out routine that reflects its’ pace and movements.

​Part 2 of the program is a wall ball routine to improve stick skills. Wall ball is recommended by all coaches to keep fresh and improve with your stick. I will program routines so you do not have to! My goal is to make each wall ball session fun, fresh and challenging. What makes it Hybrid? The combination of Semi-private training at the CKL Warehouse and at home training through online platforms and apps. Can't make it to the warehouse, no problem. The program is fully online for you make gains at home.

This program is recommended for boys and girls age 12+. Before starting this or any exercise program check with your medical care professional that you are ready for exercise.
